First Christian Church offers many groups, activities and resources to its members. If you're ready to take that next step, First Christian Church is ready to help you out! From senior adult programs to children's programs and everything in between, discover what we have to offer to help you to get to know Christ and become more like Him

Youth Group
Youth Group meets each Sunday at 4:00 p.m. All youth Kindergarten through high school aged are invited to participate. In addition to weekly meetings, the Youth Group also includes other outings, activities, and ministry opportunities throughout the year.

Vacation Bible School
Each summer, First Christian Church conducts a special week of exciting Bible School for children throughout our community. We always need adult volunteers to help out with this project. Keep an eye out for information about this summer's exciting VBS.

Women's Bible Study
Various participants take turns leading the Women's Bible Study on Monday mornings at 10:00 a.m. All women are invited to join this fun, caring, and outgoing group.

Christian Men's Fellowship
Each Wednesday morning at 7:01 a.m., men from First Christian Church meet in the Fellowship Hall for breakfast, fellowship, and a time of devotion. This group celebrates two of God's greatest gifts: good food and good friends.

Third Saturday Men's Breakfast
All men are invited to breakfast at the Liberty Cafe on the third Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m. In addition to breakfast, the group always enjoys a presentation from various men throughout our community.

Chancel Choir — Darrin Hartman
The Choir helps lead in worship each Sunday at the 10:10 a.m. worship service. Practices are Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. The choir is always looking for new voices to join their group.

Children's Music
Children practice music each Sunday as part of their Sunday School experience. They also practice music at other times in preparation for special performances throughout the year. In addition to singing, they sometimes perform with hand bells and other instruments.

Parkinson's Support Group
This group meets on the third Monday at 4:00 p.m. at the church. Contact Barbara Schulz at 660-826-6039 for more information.

Parents' Day Out — Megan Simon
Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Reservations are requested. Cost is $15 per day.
